Now back Complete Plans for this model order now at just $159.00 per set of plans: Plans consist of complete detailed drawings of the floor-plan layout and wall dimensions with measurements to follow. Hand drawn diagram easy to follow cutout and assembly of dollhouse. Plus online help if you need it.

This model has a total of 11 rooms and each one is done in the color you choose. The construction of the house is done by using heavy plywood and wood siding painted caulked and trimmed. Hand cut shingles top off the full roof. Doors are optional to close up the house when not in use, Request doors when ordering, just send us a note stating you want the doors installed on the back of the model ordered.
