The Plan#103 This style floor plan can be purchased in all different elevations to the right of photo.

The Samantha model has a total of 7 rooms and each one is done in the color you choose. The construction of the house is done by using heavy plywood and wood siding painted caulked and trimmed. Hand cut shingles top off the full roof. Doors are optional to close up the house when not in use, Request doors when ordering, just send us a note stating you want the doors installed on the back of the model ordered.

No furniture or furnishings are included in the price of the completed model.

Special ordering instructions will be requested once you place your order for inside colors, if not stated the inside will reflect the outside color you choose for your Model.
