dimensions with measurements to follow. Hand drawn diagram easy to
follow cutout and assembly of dollhouse. Plus online help if you need

The James model has a total of 4 rooms and each one is done in the color you choose. The construction of the house is done by using heavy plywood and wood siding stained caulked and trimmed. Hand cut shingles top off the full roof. Doors are optional to close up the house when not in use, Request doors when ordering, just send us a note stating you want the doors installed on the back of the model ordered.
No furniture or furnishings are included in the price of the completed model.
Special ordering instructions will be requested with complete house orders, once you place your order for inside colors, if not stated the (inside will reflect the outside color) you choose for your Model.
